Get a demonstration in the art of silk painting from the basics of tie dyeing to shibori techniques and how to use thes in silk painting and we will prepare a silk scarf using thes techniques
You will design and prepare a frame of silk cards and bookmarks using the gutta resist technique once dry the fun with colour can begin and you can add your personality to your pieces.
Take home your hand painted silk scarf and a number of hand painted cards and bookmarks
Time 5 hours plus an hour lunch break
Due to Covid Max 6 people Min 2 people
The class will be held in Swallow Studios where everyone will be well spaced out and the studio will be well ventilated with all the windows and doors open.
Tea and Coffee will be provided
Everyone will be required to wear a mask.
